Azli’s employment history began formally at GDP Architect and as a Director with KASDA Consultancy S/B & SDA Architects until he joined ZONE Architect in year 2012. He has been actively involved with various architectural works that covers from master planning, institutional, commercial, residential, and educational facilities. With more than 23 years of working experience, he specialises more R&D where details and specifications are specifically designed, developed and utilised for specific projects. His knowledge in Green Building technologies and specialty in Construction Contract Management has also contributed significantly to his skills and has proven to be useful in keeping higher quality standards of all the projects handled and/or supervised by him.
His experience on medical / healthcare and medical-related institutions started in 2000 when he joined GDP Architects, where he was directly / indirectly involved in various stages of projects throughout his career, from the smallest GP clinics to the most complex specialist hospitals including universities, colleges, teaching hospitals & various medical facilities. He has acquired vast knowledge, skills and expertise especially on medical planning & strategies, including a vast spectrum that covers from brief formulation, schematic design, submission to Authorities, construction and/or supervision of works and co-ordination
Sanawi Mohamad has more than 20 years of working experience as a Design/Project Architect previously with THOMPSON ADDSETT ARCHITECT, GRA ARHITECTS SDN BHD before joining ZONE DESIGNWORKS SDN BHD (formally known as ZONE ARCHITECT) in 2014; from preparing schematic design, developing design, preparing tender to managing and administering building contract. He has gained strong analytical skills in problem identification and implementation of effective solutions. Strong balance between great design and practical experience throughout the development process equips him with the ability to conceptualize an idea; develop and materialize it in built environment.
Besides, he is well versed in most aspects of housing, old folks home development, Institutional and commercial & mixed commercial development; and building regulation in Malaysia. He involved in various projects under few established development company and government ministry & agencies.
Ir. Tan Huai Tek has more 28 years of working experience in building services. He has wide experience in project management, design, system studies, installation supervision, testing and commissioning, investigation, audits and standards in fire protection, lift, cold water & hot water system, hydraulics & sanitary, HVAC, electrical low voltage distribution and swimming pool.
